(Provided that the details of the reservation are identical: same hotel / dates / room / conditions). What you have to do?

  1. Take the details of your reservation made with HOVIMA Hotels.
  2. Contact our reservation center and send us an e mail,, including a web link or the documentation that states the best conditions of the new offer found. Our reservations department will verify your documentation and offer you the best conditions.
  3. The best conditions must appear when booking online and be available when we check it.
  4. If we can not match the offer for any of the aforementioned conditions, the reservation in question will remain valid, including cancellation conditions.

We can not apply the lowest possible price in these cases:

  1. The price is for a web page that does not provide all the details of the type of accommodation chosen until the reservation is finished.
  2. You have made a reservation with any of these options:
    • Special prices for members.
    • Discounts provided for regular customers.
    • Program or points card.
    • Any other type of special promotion of the hotel.
